Your Data Rights

Moodelyze allows all users to permanently delete their account and all associated personal data. When you request deletion, we remove your email, chat messages, mood analytics, session history, and all other information linked to your account. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the Moodelyze app:

• Open the app
• Go to Settings
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

This action immediately begins the deletion process and removes your personal data from our system.

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is typically completed within a few minutes when using the in-app delete button. Requests sent via email are processed within 7 days. Once completed, all personal data associated with your account is permanently erased.

Exceptions

After your account is deleted, Moodelyze may retain non-personal, anonymized analytics such as aggregated statistics or system logs that do not identify you. These cannot be linked back to your deleted account and are kept only for service improvement and security purposes.
